Direct Benefit Transfer through Aadhar Scheme

ACCORDING TO a study by National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) substantial benefits would accrue to the g o v e r n m e n t b y i n t e g r a t i n g A a d h a a r w i t h s c h e m e s s u c h as PDS, MNREGS, fertilizer and LPG subsidies, as well as housing, education and health programmes.
