aadhar card not yet delivered Kanani

we have lost our aadhar card receipt and i just only remember registration date 03/05/2013..this matter is about our three person. Kanani bhoomi K. Kanani Roopaben K.Kanani Romil K. .it has been now 3 months i haven't get the aadhar card yet.
